Good jacket, took a bit
I got the PCU Level 5 Softshell Jacket last month. It's pretty good, kept me warm on a cold hike. The sizing was right, which is always a relief when ordering online. Shipping took maybe a week and a half, so not super fast, but it got here. Overall, I'm happy with it.
Decent tent, slow tracking update
I ordered one of their Military Tents a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on the website. I used the size chart for the tent, and it seemed accurate once it arrived. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little long, and the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently, so I was a bit in the dark for a few days.
